Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Researcher with a proven track record of innovation and strategic thinking. As the head of our research department, you will spearhead new approaches and methodologies, transitioning from a reactive to a proactive model. You will lead proposal design, develop efficient operational systems, and ensure financial and operational accountability across all projects. Your role will involve nurturing a team of researchers to achieve excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration and partnership.

Qualifications and Experience
· 10 years in policy or social research roles.
· 10 years of monitoring and evaluation experience.
· Proven track record in client acquisition, proposal writing, and budgeting,
· Experience of primary data generation and project management.
· Master’s degree in Social Sciences or related field.
· Familiarity with advanced data analysis (SPSS, STATA etc) and visualisation software (Tableau, BMI, etc) tools.
